My apartment building has their annual inspection today. I have no idea what that means, but I'm sure it involves the landlords going through all the suites and looking for charred body parts in the fireplaces.

I won't be there during the inspection, of course, but my place needed a bit of sprucing up. And by a little, I mean a lot. So, after working until 7:30 last night, I came home and cleaned up a bit.

I hate cleaning. So, as a distration, I turned on the TV. I worked through some episodes of the Simpsons before House M.D. came on.

I saw the pilot episode when it first started and liked it, but never got around to watching the series. So while I was cleaning up in the living room, I half-watched the first half-hour of the episode. Then I sat down and watched the rest. It was enjoyable.

Of course, Fox aired two episodes back-to-back (with the first one being a cliffhanger 'to be continued'), so I watched the second one as well.

I think I might become a fan of the series. At the least, House reminds me of someone I know, which is really amusing.
