On Digg this morning was one of the most interesting stories I've read on there for a while (and that's not saying much for digg content...): The SuperCap 9v Battery. Essentially, a 9 volt battery with a capacitor in its' innards instead of chemicals.

Sounds ingenious. The claim is that it'll last for two hours or so on a light load, and recharge in 20 seconds. I just wonder how many tounge-shocks a full charge will give.
